Faculty have unique needs from the CLCL, separate from our student population. As faculty often host events, panels, guest speakers, cooking demonstrations, etc., a major role the CLCL plays for faculty is event planning. Additionally, in its role as a hub for education, the CLCL provides services to educate students and faculty. While tutoring and independent language learning are technically student resources, it's important for faculty to know about them as instructors serve as main sources of information for students. The CLCL can also support faculty in terms of course design and development, helping instructors utilize ICON and other programs to their fullest. Finally, the CLCL offers technology and resources important for the functioning of classes and programs, including not just physical equipment, but also subscriptions to useful programs supplemental to those already maintained by the University. More information about all of these is available via the links to the left.
